Welcome to the last full week of learning. We are so proud of how well you have all been doing over these tough few months. It has been wonderful talking to you on the phone, via emails and some zoom calls. We are sure you're all looking forward to having a little bit of a rest of the summer holidays. Miss O'Boyle sent an email to you all last Monday- inviting you to a farewell zoom call with your class teacher and your colour group. If you haven't already please email Miss O'Boyle back to confirm your child's place on their call. The email has all the details about the time and date of the zoom calls. We hope as many of you can join in with that as we have really missed you all.
Another plea for library books has been requested by Mrs Daniel (our librarian). If you have any outstanding library books please bring them along to the school on your next walk. Bring them to reception and post them through the letter box. If they are too large then please ring the bell and leave the book near the front entrance. We would really appreciate this and we thank those parents/carers that have returned outstanding books already.
This week in English, you will be comparing two versions of Sleeping Beauty. In Maths you will be doing some more work on time and duration of time. For the afternoons it would be fantastic if you could make your very own moving vehicle. Be as creative as you can- we would of course love to see your brilliant designs.
If you have any questions, please email your class teacher.
We hope that we can see you on our farewell zoom calls this week.
Miss O'Boyle, Mrs Johnson, Mrs Shuttleworth and Mr Byrom
