Hampshire Healthy Families is a partnership between Southern Health Foundation Trust and Barnardo's to support the health and wellbeing of families, parents and carers of children aged 0-19.
Support for families:
- ChatHealth 0-5: Parents of 0-5-year-olds can text questions to an expert health visitor on hand for guidance on topics like sleep and behaviour on 07520 615720, Mon-Fri 9:00-16:00
- ChatHealth 5-19: Parents and carers of 5-19-year-olds can text school nurses with questions on topics like emotional wellbeing and health conditions on 07507 332417, Mon-Fri 8:30-16:30
- Parent Information Portal (PIP): a digital platform for parents and carers to access and control their child's health information e.g. vaccination history, School Nurse appointments. Parents and carers can email their child's NHS number and full name to pip@southernhealth.nhs.uk.
- Health4Kids is a website created especially for children to learn about staying healthy and looking after themselves, with a separate section for parents and teachers.

- Healthier Together provides information on common childhood illnesses, 'red flag' signs and when to seek help, and how to manage children's symptoms at home
